All products are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 days after your package has shipped to show up on your doorstep. Our products are made-to-order in 2-6 weeks depending on the product (turn-around time is posted in each product listing). A Well Worn Story is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tracking information will be provided via email once it has shipped.
Each item is uniquely packaged in brown paper. Each package is suitable for gifting. Want to include a special gift message? Email us with your requests! We’re happy to help with this.
Products are currently shipped to locations within the United States only.
We want you to be happy with your order, so that you can use your A Well Worn Story goods for many years. We do our best to photograph and accurately describe each item in its listing. We will accept exchanges/returns within five days of receiving as long as the product is resellable. If you love the item, but prefer a different color or size, we will gladly accept exchanges for any item in the shop.
Products must be returned within five days after the item is received by the buyer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The returned item must be in its original/resellable condition without any signs of use. Please include the original tags and packaging with the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. This process takes time, so please be patient.
One-of-a-kind products:
Working with vintage and reclaimed materials can be unpredictable. Many of the materials we use are old, and therefore may contain markings and/or signs of aging from its previous life. I encourage each potential customer to carefully view each item's photographs before purchasing. Please be aware flaws in the material do not qualify your product as damaged. If the product you receive is somehow structurally damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving the item.
We do not accept returns on items that are not resellable (i.e. customized products, products stamped with custom initials/words, products that have been obviously worn).
If something structurally happens to your product after using it, please contact us. We will do our best to make repairs, so you can continue to love your purchase for a lifetime!
At this time, we only offer wholesale and private label for our small leather products. If you are interested in those items, please use the contact form and we will send you a price list. Thanks for your interest!
We do not offer custom designs, but we are happy to customize our current styles by adding an extra pocket, different closure, or additional strap length. Some design features like zippers are only possible on certain designs because of the way it is constructed, so please reach out with your desired change before purchasing the product and we will let you know what is possible.
